Your presentation and the content was a real eye opener for me. It made me see how I have either been doing the wrong thing, or worse, not doing anything for the past 8 years. I printed out the info you provided us and plan to make it a part of my regular workflow. I can promise you that I will NOT go back to my old way of working.
